CURA-print profiles
Here you can download our CURA print profiles:
PriFL-onewall1 | PriFl-volume1
PriFL-onewall1 uses the CURA Surface special mode.
Only this allows some of our models to be printed.
To adjust individual settings, please select Expert
or Advanced mode in the CURA menu.
We currently do not offer any settings for LW-PLA from other manufacturers than Colorfabb. If LW-PLA is printed at higher speeds than we recommend, this can lead to different wall thicknesses and inaccurate component fits.

CURA-test file
This small 6g test file for LW-PLA allows you to check your print settings to achieve a wall thickness of 0.4–0.5 mm.
Based on our Cura print profile PriFL-onewall1, you can adjust the flow rate and print temperature for your printer. If necessary, change the flow rate to achieve an optimal wall thickness of 0.4 – 0.5 mm.
It is quite important to calibrate your printer before printing and whenever you change materials.

Z-seam information
To prevent the wing ribs from showing through on the top surface of the printed parts, it is recommended that the top surface line should be printed first in each print run.
Our STL data for the TRINITY wing is already correctly aligned when opened in Cura using the PriFL-onewall1 print profile, and the Z-seam is located at the trailing edge of the wing.
Therefore, the correct printing direction is usually preset for most printers. If this is not the case, the respective wing segment can be rotated 180° around the Z-axis. The Z-seam will then be located at the leading edge, but this can easily be smoothed with sandpaper.
